Business Description:
Habitat ReStores are non-profit home improvement and building supply retail stores that accept and resell quality new, gently-used, overstocked, scratch and dent, discontinued, and salvaged items such as appliances, furniture, building materials, home decor, windows, doors, and now clothing and accessories.
Shopping at a Habitat ReStore is a socially conscious decision, as funds generated are used to fund local Habitat for Humanity homebuilding projects in your community. It's also an environmentally conscious decision, as much of what is sold are products that are new or gently-used items that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
Each ReStore has its own distinctive inventory of items, which change daily as new items are donated by businesses and community members. You can expect to find items such as paint, furniture, windows, doors, lumber, tools, lighting, electrical, seasonal, clothing, appliances, and home decor.
Every purchase creates the opportunity for a better life - a good deal for you, your community, and the environment!
To donate items to the ReStore you can deliver directly to the Restore during operating hours, or contact staff to arrange a pick-up of your items.
