![]() Executive Director Colleen has been with the LDCC for over 8 years total, first as the Membership Administrative Officer and has recently celebrated her third year as our Executive Director. With over 32 years of strategic marketing, sales, and communications experience, she is a Regional Tourism Ambassador with Kawarthas Northumberland (RTO8) and also sits on their Board of Directors. In her role as Executive Director with the LDCC she serves as a mentor with the KLSBEC Office programs, is a member of the Lindsay Downtown Revitalization Working Group and the Lindsay Trail Towns Initiative. Colleen brings to the Chamber a wealth of knowledge and passion for the Kawartha Lakes Community. | ![]() Charlene Shirk Administrative Assistant Charlene has lived in the Kawartha Lakes her whole life. While raising her family Charlene worked for 28 years in the transportation sector. She also honed her customer service skills working in the food service industry. Charlene found a placement at the LDCC through VCCS. She has completed courses in Office Administration, Photoshop and Social Media. For the past three and a half years Charlene has proven to be invaluable to the LDCC, taking on the role of Bookkeeper /Administrative Assistant. |
